Heather has been part of the Red River Gorge community for over 44 years and brings more than six years of real estate experience to Peak & Pine Escapes. Her deep connection to the land and passion for helping others find their place here drive everything she does. When she’s not helping guests discover the Gorge, you’ll find her hiking, climbing, or mountain biking along its trails—or volunteering at the local animal shelter. Heather’s vision blends hospitality, comfort, and adventure to create stays that truly reflect the spirit of the mountains she calls home.

Mike began visiting the Red River Gorge in 2001 and made it his home in 2008. A dedicated hiker, climber, and cyclist, he also volunteers with Wolfe County Search and Rescue. He genuinely loves sharing the Gorge with others and is always happy to recommend a favorite trail, or a quiet overlook. His experience in building, maintenance, and backcountry medicine comes from years of living close to the land and caring for the community. Mike’s steady nature, hands-on approach, and love for the outdoors are at the core of what makes Peak & Pine Escapes special.
